Xavier Emerson, Co-Founder
Seventeen years building production web platforms for US clients across insurance, fitness, ecommerce, and business operations, remote-first since 2013. Director of Technology and a partner in Breezy Sites, where the same standard applies: real architecture, real error handling, real security, not shortcuts that show up later as outages.
He brings that same production discipline to IndexMesh. Nothing ships on IndexMesh that wouldn't pass the bar he holds client work to, and the platform is built to hold up under real traffic and real AI crawler behaviour, not just demo well.
Leenat Rose, Co-Founder & Head of People and Operations
Ten years in people and operations, working remotely with US founders and small tech agencies. She handles client onboarding, the early relationship, and the operational follow-through behind both companies, the unglamorous work that quietly decides whether a new client or a new process actually sticks.
Her approach is process people will actually follow, not process for its own sake, with a low tolerance for things left half finished. At IndexMesh she runs day-to-day operations and reads every message that comes in through the site personally.

Steve Soto, Partner & Head of Global Operations
An executive technology leader who steps in when an organisation's technology needs to scale, stabilise, and stay aligned with the business, particularly under pressure. Across startups, growth-stage companies, and investment-backed organisations, he has led technology through rapid growth, operational breakdown, and recovery, building high-performance technical teams with clear ownership and standards that hold up under speed.
Steve is Co-Founder and CEO of Breezy Sites , IndexMesh's partner company, where he leads global operations and engineering. At IndexMesh he guides infrastructure and global-operations decisions alongside Xavier and Leenat, applying the same non-negotiables everywhere he works: technology tied to revenue, cost, or risk, and transparency before solutions.
Together, the people behind IndexMesh bring direct, hands-on experience in the same problem the company now builds software to solve: making a brand structurally discoverable, not just active on more platforms.
Is IndexMesh self-funded?
IndexMesh runs on top of the client-services business its founders have operated since 2009, building production web platforms for US clients, with client relationships that run six to thirteen years. That client work continues alongside IndexMesh, not instead of it.
Building this way is slower than raising outside capital, but it also means IndexMesh answers to its own standards and its clients, not to a funding timeline.
Breezy Sites, Global Partner
IndexMesh works in partnership with Breezy Sites , a website-operations firm for US-based clients, as its Breezy Sites global partner. The two companies share founding leadership, and the partnership exists so a client never has to choose between a brand that's visible and a site that actually runs well, each side handles what it's built for and hands off the rest.
IndexMesh covers the brand side: getting a company found across search, AI answer engines, and the platforms buyers check before they trust anyone. Breezy Sites covers the engineering side: performance, migrations, infrastructure, security, production support. When a client needs both, the two teams coordinate directly rather than leaving them to stitch it together themselves.

Mesh AI is being built as one system for all of it, rather than another tool to add to the list. It cannot make an AI system mention you, and we will not claim it can.
